COOWIN has advanced production equipment and complete operating procedures. Each production process follows a fixed standard and is conducted under the supervision of the quality inspection department.
COOWIN production can be divided into the follwing steps: raw material mixing, granulating, extruding, cooling molding, sanding, brushing, length fixing, cleaning and packing. All qualified products will be sent to the warehouse for shipment.
Wood powder, HDPE, additives will be mixed together and sent into the granulation machine, after crushing, cooling, composite particle will be packed in bags.
The wpc particle will be sent to the extruding machine, extrude in 170℃ and shaped by mold. Then, the finished product will be cut to the setting length.
After the extrusion process, the product will be cleaned and neatly placed. After cooling for 24 hours, the product will be sent to the next process.

After surface treatment, every piece of board will cut precisely. COOWIN diamond cutting saw, and cross section is strictly required to be flat and smooth.
The product will be covered by three layers of stretch film, carton, raincloth, then we will put the shipping mark that contains items, color, length and quantity.
The packaged goods will be stored in the warehouse after registration, and wait for delivery.
All the forklift drivers are strictly trained and have more than 10 year's loading experience. Safe and precise is the first consideration and carried out orderly.
